Fabbris Hungarian Salami is uniquely lean Hungarian Salami is made from finely minced pork meat, seasoned by hand then cured and fermented for up to 21 days. The result is a mildly flavoured salami ideal in a sandwich or rolled on a charcuterie board. This product is Uncooked Fermented Meat (UCFM). Not heat treated.
